BACP is a professional company that represents Counsellors and promotes good standards of pratice. It is an ethical requirement to participate in "Continual Professional Development" which is accessed through attending regular Supervision, Training course, Workshops and Seminars.
In receiving "CPD" this informs me of all the latest developments, increases knowledge and maintains my professional skills. In other words enhancing the service I give to clients ethically and competently.
